If I could give -10 stars I would. Corrupt company. Sent the wrong size ring (wedding ring) which also took ridiculously long to arrive. When I got in contact with the company asking to send it back, I was put InTouch with Marcos daughter "apparently" she said they don't accept returns because they're a small company but they'll send me a 5% refund back, they sent the most pathetic excuse of screenshot of the refund.. it never happened. So I got in touch again and they were really apologetic and offered me another 60% refund as a apology, again sent a hilarious screenshot showing they'd "sent it there end".. surprise surprise it never happened. I received NOTHING. I tried to contact the company again and have received no reply. Trading standards and a small claims court are involved at the moment, hopefully get something out of this. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS "COMPANY" I WOULDN'T WISH THE STRESS I'VE HAD ON ANYONE.

Complete and total scam. I didnt like the ring I ordered and they are refusing to refund us our money. They are completely false advertising their return / refund policy and stealing my money. Don’t order from this company. THE SAME EXACT RING IS AVAILABLE ON AMAZON FOR $35 BECAUSE ITS FROM CHINA. DONT LET THEM SCAM YOU TOO.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE, SCAMMED AND WONT REPLY OR SEND MY REPLACEMENT ITEMS AFTER 2 MONTHS OF TRYING!!! Items are way too big, seller tried to get me to pay for replacements even though it’s all over the website that it’s free replacements, £15.99 per item! Seller has now ignored every email sent in the last 3 weeks and my shipping has not moved in almost 4 weeks! Seller refuses to reply if you mention refunds, they just ignore you!

Marco was okay to talk to on interviews, but what he really wanted was all virtual assistants assets and processes and didnt pay a single dime.

Not worth the money... Honestly, what I received looked completely different from what was advertised. The ring didn’t have the quality I expected, and it felt much cheaper in person. The pictures made it look much better than the actual product. Very disappointing purchase and, for me, a complete waste of money

I’m very dissatisfied with my purchase the owner of this jewelry is very unprofessional!!!! The items I received were not in good condition they dont want to refund it to me!! Communication was also unprofessional and made this whole experience even more frustrating. As a paying customer, I expected BETTER PRODUCT QUALITY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!!

My experience with Marco Voletti has been extremely disappointing. I would personally be very cautious about purchasing from this company.

I ordered my ring to the US on August 6 and I have yet to receive the ring. On August 15, it said the ring arrived to the facility on my home state. From there, I never got it. I reached out to customer service and somehow they had the incorrect address although the address is correct on my order confirmation email. I reached out and have been told the same thing that the ring has reached the facility and will be delivered within 1-3 business days. This was August 17. It is now September 1 and I still have not received the ring - my wedding was August 28. I had to order a new ring because this one never came. I have been reaching out for a full refund but am continuing to get the run around. I’m glad other people had a great experience but mine has been horrible.
