Our initial purchase was amazing but I didn’t get the size right, well they made easy and they kept me updated regarding the ETA, my only issue was I didn’t know I had to buy the replacement plan. I love it. But my mistake was order 1 size bigger. Therefore, i will order again. Nice, beautiful and it has weight too, not fancy but it looks real. Recommended.

Incorrect sizing and no understanding of the difference between UK and US sizes. I bought a pair of rings a couple of months ago, both came sized down to the nearest US size so didn't fit. I tried to discuss this with them and initially got told to live with it. After leaving 1 star reviews they decided to start offering fixes. They sent a pair of new rings but again sized down to the nearest US size. We had emails going back and forward trying to explain the issue. My first concern was if they size down to the nearest equivalent then it will often be too small, if they were to size up then I could use a silicon insert to adjust the size down. So they agreed to send me what they think is the correct ring size and this time they sent me some self adhesive pads to size it down. Yes you've guessed it, they still sent the ring sized down to the nearest US. During all this I have bought 2 different ring sizing sets to make sure the information coming from me was correct, I've also tried several ring conversion charts found online to cross reference my findings. I have since bought rings from a trustworthy UK shop and these were exactly the sizes we tried to purchase from this company. I have considered increasing my star rating because after my first review they did give me a refund, initially just a percentage discount, then we received a full refund, so that part worked out eventually but only after the review and not after my initial complaint so I feel I should leave it at 1 star because of all the guidance I gave them about how they might fix the issue, not once did they have a suggestion on how they might rectify it and thats a real shame as the rings look lovely and if only we had ended up with one each then I would have happily increased my score as the rings alone without the hassle and time factor would have got 5. My hope is that eventually they will realise and either change their website to sell only in US sizes as thats seems to be how they are made or adjust the manufacturing to actually make the ring sizes they claim to sell. They have been polite throughout the saga, but not proactive enough to understand and offer a suitable fix.

I can’t fault how nice the rings are, which is why I placed a second order for the dorean and aureun rings, However just a small grumble , . The first order of rings arrived in really nice quality material pouches. This time the second order, they didn’t. ! They were just put in clear self sealing plastic bags, which for me spoilt the look of the rings and made them appear cheap. I do want to state though , the rings were really nice. Just the presentation wasn’t up to standard.
