Service is so bad and pathetic

Bonjour anciennement parisien, je vis depuis 3 ans dans une ville (Nîmes) les gardois se conduisent comme en préhistoire Depuis 20 ans cette ville a le même maire, il vient d'être réélu, les gens ne ramassent pas leur crotte de chien il y en a tous les 10 mètres en plein centre-ville je suis handicapé, je me déplace en fauteuil roulant et les déjections se retrouve sur mes mains, j'ai dénoncé ce problème avec courtoisie sur l'application google map en y joignant des photos Et google map n'a rien trouvé de mieux que de censurer mes commentaires Je ne sais plus quoi faire je suis désemparé face à cette injustice Victime et ballonné je suis tombé sur des sites ou on explique comment acheter des avis ou comment supprimer des avis google et je réalise que finalement il n'y a aucune neutralité

Google Maps is great for navigation, directions, and street view. The review part of it is the complete opposite. There are tons of fake reviews on Google Maps. Ratings are impossibly high. Google removes any review that businesses don't like, so the ratings are not accurate in any way shape or form. All a business has to do is lie and claim that the reviewer wasn't a customer of theirs. Google has no way of knowing, but they'll always side with the business and delete perfectly legitimate reviews. There's also lots of bad data. Most business details are crowd-sourced (submitted by random users on the internet). A lot of it is wrong. Some of it is harmful--there are lots of website URLs that lead to malware, and for some reason, Google doesn't take them down.

Yesterday and last week, I used google maps, and it was the worst choose I’ve ever mad, the journey had to take me half an hour, it took me 2 hours!!!!! And kept took me in circles through the m4 and motorways. I went to my destination at the end by waze it was more accurate. 2 times now it has done this to me, and I will never ever use this stupid app again.

I have to rate it average because I like the accurate locations maps but the places on google maps are not adjactly placed when we explore that area. Many hotels, offices, banks etc are placed in wrong places in maps which is kind of annoying while finding those places through maps. That's why I can't give it 5 stars. Hope It will get better soon in future.

Hi, I would like Google Maps to allow people's comments on the reviews job sites to respond. There's no option to reply people's comments and if someone mentions my name I can't answer to the individual's comment. You need to therefore update Google Maps Reviews on cities I have visited or worked to be able to reply and have my opinion. Thanks!

Dicing with death every single time I try to use this. I expect there are many casualties already. A simple "25 minute walk" regularly turns into a 2 hour + walk into the back of beyond, with barely a hope in hell of getting back. It would be funny if it wasn't so dangerous.

Dangerous Google maps navigation , for Romania and Hungary, problem finding, no maps accurate and in Hungary, the voice guidance navigation app not work nobody speaks, to M0 Hungary ring show exit follow, and after I take the right line and the map shows help streight to M0, was impossible to change the line because I have a van to the left side, very very dangerous!
