funciona mal, algo impreciso y la calidad de las imágenes son muy malas,más que malas....son bazofia, cada vez peores.Y me da igual si borran mi opinión, no es falsa ni miento.

absolutely love Google Maps! It's my go-to app for navigation and exploring new places. The accuracy of the maps and the real-time traffic updates are incredibly helpful.

J'ai plusieurs fiches établissements. 2 sur 3 étaient jugées totalement efficaces par Google il y a encore 2 semaines. Il m'avait été conseillé de continuer à compléter mes fiches (photos, services, etc). Je me suis exécuté. Bizarrement toutes mes fiches sont passées en moins efficaces dès que je les ai complétées. En somme les compléter m'aura totalement desservi. J'ai contacté Google pour demander des explications. Seule réponse: "Arrêter de modifier votre fiche". Ok. Mais pourquoi n'ai-je plus une efficacité complète sur mes fiches en ayant pourtant donné davantage d'informations? Silence, ou réponse à côté de la plaque (= non réponse). Et quand je clique sur "compléter les infos", Google me renvoie vers tous ses services payants... ads, plateforme maps, etc Je découvre qu'il met en avant d'autres fiches établissement dont les professionnels n'ont même pas le diplôme obligatoire pour pouvoir être associés à certains mots clés. Mais comme ils ont plein d'avis, comme ils ont de l'ancienneté sur ma zone géographique, et comme certains payent de la pub ads, ils peuvent être mieux référencés qu'un professionnel diplômé sur les bons mots clés ayant moins d'ancienneté et 0 service payant. Grande déception pour ce que devient Google maps et sur la gravité de la gestion des fiches établissement par Google.

Aunque el servicio en sí como navegador y servicio de orientación en ruta y opiniones puede parecer muy bueno el servicio técnico y soporte es una auténtica decepción no sé qué parámetros han cambiado últimamente pero no da más que problemas a la hora de publicar reseñas y es imposible contactar con ellos ni que un ser humano verifique dichas publicaciones cuando antiguamente podías apelar tus reseñas para que las verificase un ser humano si alguien del servicio de Google Maps lee esta reseña que sepa que estoy completamente decepcionado e indignado con vuestro servicio si pudiese os pondría cero estrellas, como equipo de servicio técnico humano dejáis muchísimo que desear he mandado comentarios emails al soporte de Google y a través de mi perfil y no he recibido ninguna respuesta estoy completamente indignado y decepcionado con vuestra nefasta gestión humana del soporte técnico y los nuevos parámetros de filtración de reseñas estoy planteándome dejar de ser local pide y de utilizar todos vuestros servicios nefasta gestión humana

While this is still one of the best map applications in the world, lately it shows that the Maps product is, especially on reviews, going over the top. A business with severe issues in their ownership attitude, can too easily get revoked by just a simple complaint of the owner. I recently posted a 1 star review on Kommilfoo, yes, only and only because of the attitude of the owners in a non-restaurant related case, but, still, it is the owners’ attitude that keeps me (and many others) from visiting this restaurant. And other people want to know when a owner of a restaurant is involved in unethical behaviour. The reason why was clearly mentioned in the review so, no, Google Maps, the review is not fake nor untrue. I have in the months before been thinking of buying a product in certain webstores, or visiting a holiday location, but (luckily) after intense research, found out about genuine and big issues with these companies. I added a review about these too, to prevent others from making the mistake. But again, they all get revoked by a simple owner request. Only the italian fake holiday location, after giving so much proof of the fact that it was running a serious and incriminating scam, Google after a lot of requests decided to allow my review. Today, though, marks the worst. I sent a 5 star review to a restaurant, that recently relocated. My review got again refused. I know the chef, i know the owner, i know their food, i know the waitor. Why did Google again block my review?? Am i on a bad list now?? Im a genuine reviewer, all my life. The problem is not me, but the protocols within Google Maps that clearly are not written to protect the customer but to protect the (revenue of the) client businesses.

Google maps took us down an un-named road to a bridge we were too wide for. Luckily there was room to turn our motorhome. Google needs to let you choose what type of roads you want to travel on. Took us miles out of our way ...... AGAIN !!!! Come On Google. You can do better .. PLEASE

I am extremely disappointed of how it works nowadays. I mean, among the 10 last years of this decade, for the last two or three there have been multiple destructions of the otherwise finely working navigation system. Whose idea was to make it in a way in which my tap does no longer remove the extra fields on the mobile phone's screen when I do? No, I don't want a certain spot being marked with its coordinates, I need a cleaner screen, not those covering areas on the sides. Who out there is trying to be a big moralist-moderator??? Putting my reviews has never needed a second appeal-sort of a joke. I'd probably understand if I was a real cynic, but, excuse me, I can literally see cynic reviews RN, while mine is blocked just because some grandpa or whoever it is, doesn't like it. Really? Additionally someone thinks that putting recently viewed spots on the map where I no longer need them is cool. The idea of "Local guides" is an actual garbage and gives no real benefits. It would better not exist as well. And so on. These and random other failures of whoever is behind the management of google maps have lead to me giving a low score here. And years ago, I was just leaving a 4-5/5 scores without thinking whenever it comes to that, would it be here, on google play or other places. These moments when the evolution is an ACTUAL Involution...

Vormittags hatten wir eine sehr freundliche Kellnerin, am Abend... das genaue Gegenteil, sehr schade! / ________________________________________________ ca. am 20.01.2024 hat uns Google angeschrieben und wir finden dies sehr eigenartig, weil wir nur die Wahrheit geschrieben haben und es wohl kaum sein kann dass die Bewertung vom 08.05.19 22Uhr10 gegen die Google Vorschriften verstösst? Unsere Bewertung wurde nun von Google (Nicht mehr gepostet) Nach dieser Sache werden wir über Googl Maps keine Bewertungen mehr machen!
