I’m relatively new to using ManyChat, about 4 months, and I’m still not using the full power of the platform, but I wanted to write this review to specifically call attention to their customer support. Currently there is an issue with Meta that is impacting my automations (not ManyChat’s fault) but their support team has been extremely responsive, like next level. They PROACTIVELY out every few days to give me updates, even if there is no update to give, they still stay in touch with me. While my issue is frustrating it is VERY helpful to know that the MC team is on my side and out there to support me.

BIG SCAM, U will put in risk you're business by trusting them, they litterally don't have the permissions from meta and they are selling a service that don't work and blocks you're profile and comments section, be aware they will make lose u're business and money. DONT TRUST THIS SERVICE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS I'M TAKING LEGAL ACTIONS

I've used Manychat since 2017 for my agency. We've built automations on Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and used the native email integration. We've created quizzes, lead generation forms, lead magnet delivery automations, and so much more, for a range of clients. The customer service team is knowledgeable and can help solve issues. (We've found some issues are because of Meta, so outside of Manychat's control.) We've been invited as beta testers for the product and worked closely with the team, giving honest feedback based on how we use the product for clients, which the team has taken on board. Sure, now with AI, there are plenty of other options on the market, but none is a main stayer (and main player) in this automation space. We trust Manychat to deliver what our clients need, and know we'll be supported in our choice. Thanks Manychat!

Manychat is a phenomenal tool that should be in every creator's utility belt- especially if you're on Instagram. It's super easy to setup and the customization potential is limitless!

To me, Manychat stands out in the automation space — they gave me great customer service and really helped me raise up my engagement on instagram. I'm not exactly what you'd call 'tech savvy' but they were able to help me figure it out in minutes. The team was super responsive and their dedication to helping me was obvious. As a creator I was looking to connect more with my audience and their tools are super intuitive and very powerful. A total breeze. Their customer support... Jenna I think her name was — went above and beyond to walk me through everything. Can't recomment them enough.

Manychat is the biggest scam. I signed up and tried to cancel right away. My credit card has been charged $150 every month They tell you to login to cancel. Finally I was able to login but there is no option to cancel the subscription. It has been 6 months of emailing them without any support. They finally offered one month credited but that was it after months of requesting it to be cancelled. Several emails and “tickets” without anyone actually responding!!! DO NOt sign up for this!!! There are better companies out there.

I recently started using Manychat to drive affiliate traffic through my social media (I'm a content creator) and I can't believe I went so long without using them! It's very intuitive to set up an automation, plus you can use one of their many many templates if you don't want to set it up yourself, and it has increased my conversions grandly. Can't wait to continue playing with this!
