Experience with them has been great. I wanted something a little different for my wedding ring rather than block silver or block gold. Settled on “The Peacemaker”. I’m from the UK so I converted the sizes from UK to American and ordered my ring. They have frequent sales and in my case the discount code stacked with the sale so I got a ring which retails for about £305 on sale for £111. It came very quickly (>5 days or so?) and was a touch big (maybe order 1/2 a size down) so I started a return, used the chat function on the website and they were quick and helpful. Managed to get the ring sent back (though FedEx is kind of annoying for UK residents, I went to one depot and was told that international shipping was on the other side of the city though the FedEx website didn’t specify). Sent them a few messages and they were a little slow to respond but got back to me a few days later and shipped my replacement on the Friday and it arrived on Tuesday morning. Came in a lovely box, had a silicone band in the same size as the metal ring and was well packaged. Can’t fault them. Extremely pleased! Would 100% buy from again.

Highly do not recommend. I ordered the Argentino, which was one of the more expensive rings on the site. My husband loved the unique design and gold trim. We received the first ring and the gold was all pitted and super scratched. We both have other gold rings that we have worn for over 20 years and they are not even remotely as scratched as this was out of the box. After the company explaining to me that gold is a soft metal and scratches easily, I finally sent it back. After a long time and not receiving it, I contacted them and they realized our order got over looked. Finally received the new one. It had just as bad of scratches, the unique marbling in the black (which was in the first one) is gone and it just looks black. And they forgot the names engraved on the inside. It's so disappointing because this ring was really out of our price range but I wanted to make sure my husband had a special ring that he loved and then this happened.

Waste of money! I purchased a ring named "The Angler", it is Tungsten with Abalone shell and Koa Wood inlay. After slightly over one year the Abalone started delaminating and falling out. I didn't use it as an everyday ring so it didn't have any heavy wear, it just started falling apart. It didn't matter that it was over one year and out of warranty, even if I had purchased the extended warranty it would not have lasted very long before it started falling apart. Now I have an out of warranty ring that gives me memories, not of my marriage but of a rip off.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY‼️‼️I ordered a ring from this company that the shipping come quickly. I then tried the ring on and it didn’t fit was too tight and also didn’t really like the style so processed a return straight away. I then used the returns slip provided and the parcel has been sat in the FedEx LA depot as they haven’t declared what item is being returned (probably so they can avoid paying the int shipping tax on the return coming back from them ) They are aware of the situation and completely ignoring any emails so they don’t have to pay the shipping fees on the return and also paying don’t have to refund the product . WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER £150 down the drain

I get a marketing type email from Manly Bands almost every day, yet I haven't received any response back on an estimated ship date from my previous 4 requests. Unless you are fine waiting 3+ months for an order I would not recommend.

International shipping is a joke. Took forever, absolutely no updates, and the ring was 'lost in the mail' in the end. After contacting support 3 times I finally got a refund, but they're letting me know if the item every appears as delivered on their end they're charging me again. So I guess I have a few MORE months of checking on their terrible shipping information. Weddings are stressful enough without having to deal with awful companies.
