The ring scratched up very easily. I left a bad review on their website but it never appeared publicly. They clearly hide all bad reviews since they're all glowing.

Awful, it came to us chipped. I thought we were getting a good brand but evidently they cut corners. There also was a definite chip against where the gold and damascus met up. It wouldn't last long..

My wife and I ordered wedding rings from manly bands. Within three weeks my wife's rings broke. They would not fix them without paying more. We took to jeweler and found out that the bands were not solid gold as advertised. Beware if buying from them.

I went to there website I order the ring the knight 10k yellow gold size 9.5 and I specifically just ordered from them because on the website it says in stock and I still don’t have a shipment tracking because they keep saying my ring is made to order although their website says the opposite and I won’t get the ring in the time I would need. Now after getting lots of messages from them saying the exact same things and without solving the problem they just changed on their website the time to get the ring. Wouldn’t recommend buying a ring from them, not a trustful website.

Looking more into your situation and your conversation with us, I can see that our website did correctly and clearly state that this ring and size is a 'made to order' ring, which takes 4-6 weeks to be handcrafted. This ring actually has almost always exclusively been a made to order ring due to it being a full precious metal ring! I love Manly Bands! I bought my husbands wedding band from them. Prices are great, and the customer service is too. I wanted “forever” etched inside his ring and they accidentally missed it. So they already made a new one and sent it before I returned the first one. Came in I think a week and got an extra silicone band with it free. Comes in a strong case and my husband loves it!

We ordered 2 wedding rings and when we checked when they were going to be completed 9 weeks after we had ordered they canceled the order on us and told us that we had asked for the order to be canceled and then told us that the order was not able to be uncancelled and that a new order would have to be completed. We completed the new order and now we are getting rings from a store for the rings have still not come and we cannot wait any longer to get the rings. In total, we waited 11 weeks to get the rings.

Hi there! Looking more into your situation, it looks like your wife had reached out to us and asked us to cancel the order. We confirmed multiple times that she wanted to cancel the order before actually doing so. We wanted to make sure that she truly wanted to cancel since the order had already been crafting for some time at that point. She confirmed with us multiple times that she wanted it cancelled right then. So we honored that request. Then you reached out to us, without the knowledge that she had contacted us to cancel the order. We offered to replace the order, since at that point it had been cancelled by your wife. I can see that one of our agents has been assisting you during all of this. Please reach out to her if there is any more we can assist with.

I ordered a ring from Manly Bands in March 2023 from the UK for a wedding to occur on 10 June. The ring arrived with no disclaimers. After a year of wearing it in the shower and to wash dishes, the seal over the epoxy that keeps part of it covered wore through and mould started forming inside. I informed them to which they said I shouldn't wear it in a hot tub or swimming. I returned the ring for a warranty exchange and 8 weeks later contacted them to inquire about when the ring would be shipped. They informed me that with an exchange no size is given and so have been waiting for me to submit a size, despite returning the original ring to them. Not once did they reach out to me to ask for a size. However I have received their weekly marketing emails. The ring is ok, but if I'm honest probably isn't worth what I've paid. The sentimental value and look is ok, though. The customer support and general communication from this outfit is one of the worst I've ever experienced, though. Be warned if you buy a ring from them, you will have to chase everything and your experience in doing so will leave you thinking you're dealing with morons.
