I’ve used MYOJ many times in the past. Good quality products and services. My disappointment started when I wanted to avail myself of their services after moving to Portugal. Frankly, after leaving the United States, i really thought receiving their products from India would be even easier. So, I ordered a couple shirts. I received notification about two weeks later that a shipment was to arrive and an amount was due. The delivery was asking for €30. Then, a note inside the packaging explained that only one shirt was shipped. I was asked to try the shirt on for sizing, then report. After that report was received, MYOJ would send the second shirt. MYOJ is quick to point out that import tax is out of their control. I’m just slightly less rapid to decide that a €50 shirt + €30 import + shipping, is more than I want to pay for their product. Times 2, paying the additional amount for the second shirt is more than I am willing to endure.

After paying a lot for the product the deliever person wanted me to pay 50% of the cost again at delivery making this product one of the most expensive jeans ive seen. Disgraceful.

The measurements are always perfect! Very, very impressed with the service!

I ordered a shirt and pants in the same color and asked for the same color of buttons on the shirt, not the same buttons. I preferred the press burrons as used on the other shirt. The denim shirt and the black leather jacked (though a bit too long) where very nice! The jacked, shirt and pants in the same color where dissapointing because of that color. Last time I ordered the same color of wich I was very fond! The color now delivered unfortunately did not meet my expectations. Concerning the pants, it is my experience that is is very difficult to know the right measures although I read the instructions very carefully.

I love the myriad of option you have to ge the right fit. The fit style needs some more description to under stand what it does to the measurements. The material, fit and turn time are top notch.

this recent purchase was my second from Make your own jeans and again they have gone above and beyond. Product arrived as ordered and on time and as always was EXACTLY what i wanted. i have recommended their site to all who comment on the garment
