Terrible. I asked for custom made jeans. The fit was OK though the hips and legs were a bit too generous based on measurements given. However, the back pockets were placed really far apart and were not equal distance from middle seam. Very unflattering in the back. It felt like they make jeans for men more than for women, as this is how you'd usually see men's jeans configured in the back. Also the fabric is not good. It loses its shape almost immediately after wearing and you're left with saggy, misshapen jeans until you wash them again. And fluffy keeps coming off them even after several washes. Customer service were no help and PayPal gave no protection so don't waste your money. Go to a tailor so you can try and direct the process.

The items were stained and the wrong sizes. I’ve contacted the site multiple times and they’ve never replied.

Did not fit. Reordered previous style & measurements. Jeans are sewn by independent contract labor, so there's zero recourse. Lack of fit will be reasoned that they're "bespoke", and dimensions are expected to vary. No return. I'm out $200. I'll recommend Gustin or Brave Star Selvedge from now on.

I ordered 4 pairs of jeans and it took almost 3 weeks before i got a response saying my add ons are not possible wich i understand but they havent even contacted me since like 2 weeks and i asked for a refund so i can reorder them with the correct addons but they didnt even respond so basically i just lost money for no jeans.

Even after giving my measurements exactly like how it was described to take them and giving further instruction in my order note my jeans fit horribly

After paying a lot for the product the deliever person wanted me to pay 50% of the cost again at delivery making this product one of the most expensive jeans ive seen. Disgraceful.

I placed an order for a suit and they are trying to sell me a cheaper suit before they make my suit based on the measurements I provided.

I ordered the carpenter style jeans so I could carry my phone in the side pocket but the side pockets were placed so low on my leg that the phone got in the way of climbing stairs and it banged against my calf. Also, the fit wasn’t right. I notified the company and Terry responded promptly and politely so I appreciate that and the $25 coupon for my next purchase but I spent $75 plus shipping for pants I can’t use. So if you order this style be sure to specify the placement of the side pockets. Also, the piece of fabric for hanging a hammer is so long and loose I cut it off.
