The first pair of jeans I bought were perfect. They fit just right. So I ordered a second pair with the exact same measurements. They didn't even come close to fitting. I tried to contact the company. I requested a refund. I even requested to send back the current jeans and have them make a new pair. I was never contacted, not even once by their customer service. It is a waste of money if you think you're going to get a pair that fits you just right. It's a crap shoot.

Terrible. I asked for custom made jeans. The fit was OK though the hips and legs were a bit too generous based on measurements given. However, the back pockets were placed really far apart and were not equal distance from middle seam. Very unflattering in the back. It felt like they make jeans for men more than for women, as this is how you'd usually see men's jeans configured in the back. Also the fabric is not good. It loses its shape almost immediately after wearing and you're left with saggy, misshapen jeans until you wash them again. And fluffy keeps coming off them even after several washes. Customer service were no help and PayPal gave no protection so don't waste your money. Go to a tailor so you can try and direct the process.

I am a repeat customer. The products are amazing! Well made and fit like a glove. Just be careful you don't make any typos reporting them. They made just one of the 4 pairs I ordered since something indicated I might have made a mistake. I had. Communication could be a bit more responsive but I highly recommend this company to get quality product at a reasonable price and arrive in a surprisingly quick timeframe. Overall… recommended.

Did not fit. Reordered previous style & measurements. Jeans are sewn by independent contract labor, so there's zero recourse. Lack of fit will be reasoned that they're "bespoke", and dimensions are expected to vary. No return. I'm out $200. I'll recommend Gustin or Brave Star Selvedge from now on.

The Heavy raw jeans are excellent quality and made exactly to the measurements given. I've bought jeans from these guys before and I'm yet to be let down. Hoping they bring back the white or brown denim so I can accommodate my expanding waistline...!
