I was extremely happy with both the product and customer service. I made a mistake with the measurements on my order and contacted them the next day when I realised my error, and they promptly corrected it. The fit and quality of the jeans is excellent. I've seen some poor reviews online, but all I can say is make sure your double and triple check your measurements, since they are going to make them exactly to your specifications, so the onus is on the customer to get the measurements right. The pricing was very good, less than what I'd pay locally for plus-sized off-the-rack jeans, which never fit right. The shipping rates in NZ were only US$16, which was perfectly reasonable, and were delivered in under 3 weeks. I'll definitely be ordering from them in the future.

IT's a scam of a site. They have horrible customer service. I got a pair of pants that fit well. I reordered the same measurements and the pants came and didn't even come close to fitting. They were totally unwilling to fit it. Their suggestion was to pay them more remake the pants and "see if they fit". Stay away

Ordering jeans / pants from India, sight unseen. What can go wrong? Well, surprisingly little, in my experience. I ordered a stretch chino by inputting measurements from pants I owned that fit me well. The jeans arrived to California 14 days after I placed my order. That's fast for a custom-made garment. The quality was very impressive and measurements spot on. The pants reminded me of an upscale Italian brand like Jacob Cohen. Considering these cost $55 instead of $250+, that completely blew away my expectations. The pants did turn out a little tight in the butt / crotch area, due to my measurements (their tailors' execution was spot-on, I checked). So it really does come down to measuring well and perhaps tweaking your second and third pair. Their customer service is cordial, but don't expect white-glove Savile Row treatment. I'm fine with that at this price point. I would recommend this store for anyone looking to dabble in custom clothing on a budget. For the price of discount Levi's, you can get some really cool stuff. They are reliable, fast and know their craft.
