I ordered 4 pairs of jeans and it took almost 3 weeks before i got a response saying my add ons are not possible wich i understand but they havent even contacted me since like 2 weeks and i asked for a refund so i can reorder them with the correct addons but they didnt even respond so basically i just lost money for no jeans.

Perfect fit and delivered within 4 weeks. Only quibble would be that there was no notice of dispatch and it was only by chance that I was at home on the day they arrived. UPS tracking very basic but that's an issue for another review.

Even after giving my measurements exactly like how it was described to take them and giving further instruction in my order note my jeans fit horribly

This was a reorder and no surprises. I've used Make Your Own Jeans for years now, and if they scew up, they always fix it.

Followed sizing perfectly. Shipping was faster than before. Ordering for years and deliveries took a month, but this time only took a few weeks. Great jeans

I haven't been able to get emails. First time customer. Jeans didn't fit. Trying to communicate to see how to get the adjustments made. No word.
