Every delivery arrives late. Worst package routing ever. Makes snail-mail look like a champion. I strongly recommend avoiding this service at all costs.

I would not even give this system of delivery a one star. As my package is over 11 days late in arrival and the post office says it doesn't have it, it never had it and ups says it is awaiting acceptance. This is a wonderful way to lose Christmas Packages. I wish someone would contact me from Mail innovations but all I get is a Machine that hangs up on you and full answering machines. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Just got my package today, one day after local USPS received it. Five weeks to get from St. Cloud MN to Louisiana. Here's the tracking stream. Note the dates and locations. I will never do business with any on line merchant who uses UPSMI. I would rate them zero or negative if I could. By the way the Nov 30 posting below that my local P.O. received it - all lies Dec 28 6:10 AM Out for Delivery Mandeville, LA Dec 28 3:14 AM Arrived at Post Office Mandeville, LA Dec 28 1:57 AM Arrived at USPS Facility Mandeville, LA Dec 27 12:59 PM Arrived at USPS Facility Dec 23 8:15 AM Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending Mandeville, LA Nov 30 8:48 AM Shipment Acceptance at Post Office Mandeville, LA Nov 30 8:48 AM Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending Mandeville, LA Nov 26 11:08 AM Depature Scan: Enroute to USPS Smyrna, TN Nov 25 6:05 AM Arrived at UPS Facility Smyrna, TN Nov 23 11:36 PM Departed UPS Facility Brooklyn Park, MN Nov 23 10:42 PM Package processed Brooklyn Park, MN Nov 23 7:38 PM Package received for processing Brooklyn Park, MN Nov 23 7:37 PM Shipment tendered to UPS Mail Innovations St Cloud, MN Nov 23 5:35 PM Order information received

I gave it a one star and that's pushing it. I've had 6 days of Estimated delivery dates and still no package. Ship date was 12/3/2021 and here it is the 15th.

Would give ZERO stars if i could. Read other reviews - This has been my experience also. MAIL INNOVATIONS is INCOMPETENT. My package is being held hostage in my city for the past four days. Cannot get an update from UPS or MAIL INNOVATIONS. This happens EVERY TIME! Shame on you, UPS, for using such an incompetent company.

Horrendous. Deceptive responses. In my opinion junk mail and bulk mail come faster. I could walk a package faster from Massachusetts to New Jersey. Back in Saddle Catalog states in their insert and online that delivery for east coast customers the standard delivery is 3-5 days. When I phoned they say 7-10 days. UPS provides an expected delivery date once they receive the package. For four days I received message package will be received by end of day 9:00 p.m. Of course, when your delivery date comes and goes with zero update on tracking, the natural inclination is to call UPS. When you do this, they’ll tell you that the package has been handed off to USPS and that they have no additional information. So you call USPS and they tell you that they haven’t actually received the package from UPS at all…100% my experience exhausting. You call UPS back with this updated information and they’ll tell you that because you don’t have a 1Z tracking number, there’s nothing they can do, they can’t look up anything, and they don’t have any additional information. So now how could the UPS agent have seen that it was handed off to USPS in the first place if UPS agents can’t actually see info for the package without a 1Z number? In each of my many interactions with this service, UPS tells me to contact the seller for the original 1Z tracking number so that they can actually locate the package. The problem here is that the seller never has a 1Z number to share. Utterly nonsensical. Ups and USPS are totally out of sync with information. Tracking flatlines for days, and both USPS and UPS are pointing the fingers at each other. So you just have to wait, with no idea if/when your package will arrive. In my opinion deceitful, and take no responsibility. Exasperating customer service. Nothing innovative about this incompetence. In my opinion bringing back the pony express would be an upgrade.

It's been since November, 2021 and no package. I can't reach anyone been stuck in Smyrna Tn
