Can't get a hold of the company and they circle around to other phone numbers. Call centers seem to be in India which is fairly normal nowadays,but this has to be the most useless waste of space delivery service out of them all. Never use or buy stuff that uses Mail Innovations to ship as its likely to get lost and contact is basically null and void. Only way to fix is seemingly help from your shipper and they aren't likely to help you.

Mail innovations is the worst. I had perfect tracking with UPS until they passed it off to Mail innovations. Then I noticed that my package might be delayed. It didn't notify me. I had to go find this information. I was expecting my medication. So I was keeping a close eye on it. Then today, October 20,2026, my package was delivered. However I live in an upstairs condo. You need to walk up two small set of stairs to get to my front door. I was just coming home and passed the delivery guy. I didn't know it was him otherwise I would have said something to him. He wasn't wearing any kind of uniform just a reflective vest. He left my medication on the landing at the bottom of the building. There are 4 units in my building. What if I hadn't just come home and find my medication? What if some kids picked it up? Or what if someone walked off with it? Where is the picture to prove he delivered it to the right location? THERE ISN'T ONE! BECAUSE HE DIDN'T! I am furious with this company and feel like you should do better. This guy had ZERO cares about his job today and it showed! TERRIBLE SERVICE! If I could give zero stars, that is what you would get.

Calling them a "logistics provider" is insulting to logistics providers. There are zero options for recipients to contact them for help. Not even UPS Customer Service can get any info from them. They only take calls from Senders, which is such a waste of time that they would rather send a second delivery of the item than actually work with the shipper to fix the problem.

I have had 4 packages 'delivered' by UPS Mail Innovations. Each time my package gets lost in Butner, NC. The first 2 times, it took and extra 8 days to go the final 250miles. Still waiting on 3 and 4 .

Can I give 0 stars??? I hate this company. The number of times I've been given a delivery date, and the package shows up a week after. Currently my daughter's college textbook sits 90 minutes away from her, and has been for 6 days. I could have WALKED it to her faster than Mail Innovations can ship it to her. We specifically chose to spend more because of the promised delivery date......nope, just a total lie on the company's part. Why is it ok for a company to promise delivery dates, and then not actually follow through? What a stupid, broken system, where you can promise whatever you want and then not follow through on your word. NO INTEGRITY Also, I'm still missing my package from several months back, with my kid's expensive shoes he needed for his sport. Since I'm not the seller, I wasn't allowed to find out where the package was actually delivered to, since it clearly wasn't sent to my address. It's one dead end after another with Mail Innovations. I will do my best to find ways to avoid supporting this poorly run company. SO sick of packages not showing up, or showing up a week later than promised, and not even being able to get ahold of the company, because I'm not the shipper. Beyond dumb.

Awful service, opaque tracking, three different services handled an auction package from a Tacoma WA Goodwill store to Phoenix AZ. Lost package delivered to wrong address. Nobody can find it now, or tell me where it was dropped off. I've put in for refund from original seller. I'm not buying anything from an online seller using Mail Innovations again. I'd rather pay for single provider service.

The absolute worst when it comes to shipping. It is always by far the SLOWEST shipping times ever. Should have had my current package by yesterday, didn't show, then it said today and then 2 hours later now its next week. Its like this every single time. They have the worst process ever of transferring to your local mail carriers which adds 2-3 days to get your package every time. Never believe the delivery date they give you. The only time I deal with them is when I order somewhere online and its their only shipping option so im forced to.

I ordered a watch. From Stauer watch Co. It took forever to get. Delivery extension after extension. Called usps, they said "please wait it will eventually get there" lmao.... Called Stauer and they said Id have to call ups and usps "figure out what's going on and put pressure on them" to deliver it. Stauer watch Co. might have cool watches but wont assist you. USPS/UPS are fully capable of shipping quickly but dont care. Amazon and Prime both deliver for less, faster, more reliably and has been in business far less time than usps and ups. Mail innovations is a UPS debacle and if you wanna lose clients, use mail innovations. 100% guarantees failure. UNLESS YOU DONT CARE TO WAIT AND WAIT AND WAIT THAT IS. I still dont have the watch just FYI.
