MailerSend, Inc.Reviews of mailersend.com

I’ve had a very positive experience with MailerSend so far. The platform is clean, modern, and easy to integrate, especially from a developer perspective. The documentation is well structured, the API is straightforward to use, and the setup process was simple overall. What I especially appreciate is the professional verification process and the focus on legitimate transactional email usage. Support communication has also been clear and helpful during onboarding. Overall, MailerSend feels reliable, developer-friendly, and well suited for modern web applications.

The customer support provided by Mark was amazing. Setup was pretty easy and we hope for a long hassle-free relationship sending emails to our members.

MailSend is a great product, easy to use and very intuitive. Configuration and usage are seamless but the best part so far has been the customer support and how responsive and helpful they are. I am super impressed, and I definitely recommend them.

Incredible support! Their AI bot can be very useful, but if you need the human touch, they're really quick to reach out and help.

Incredibly poor customer service. Constantly changing service levels, and unresponsive. There are far better options out there that will work with you to succeed.

MailerSend is a service that I would highly recommend to other professionals in my field. The service is comprehensive with its functionality, well documented, and support (automated and human) was prompt and second-to-none. Thankyou.

Biggest part of SaaS business is customer service. Mark from MailerSend shows great CS response. He help me embark on trying MailerSend for evaluation purpose, and definitely move to paid plan soon. Kudos!

Reviewed my first send, where MailerSend was concerned that I had some bad email addresses on my list. It was an error on my part, so they have now been removed. It's refreshing working with a team that both understands deliverability, speaks to you and listens, and helps rectify the issue instead of some bot or algorithm.
