Omgosh Fantastic products. I bought a pair of shoes for my mum and she is absolutely besotted with them. So happy with the materials and details incredibly. As I've bought several times before I will happily be coming back to Mahli the label in the future. Thank yall so much!!!!

Update: after months I finally got some lovely communication from someone other than Jenny from Customer Care, instead, Bec the director, who has been on mat leave, connected with a very apologetic approach, offering a gift as a token of good will. But still left feeling pretty poorly about the whole experience. ———— Ordered a pair of their Tuscan studded boots, mid April (mid autumn), purchased for an occasion, for winter and as a replacement for my old boots that are now in the bin.. they had advertised 31 days estimation to fulfil order, 2 months later and many emails, they advised they had arrived in the country! That they will now be posting to me asap, Hooraahh…. Well it is now 5 weeks of further emails notifying them that the postage tracking details haven’t moved from being scanned into the system, so not actually posted, I have confirmed this with aus post, 5 weeks of Mahli giving me nothing more than thank you for your patience, and you cannot get a refund, you can however return the item for a store credit once you receive it. What an absolute joke. There is one month left of winter.. Clearly I am not alone in this as there are other reviewers with the exact same experience, I have bought from them before no issues.

I have ordered from Mahli The Label several times and I have always had such a positive experience. I love their leather sandals - so beautiful and high quality, and I have several of their dresses. It is always worth the wait for such gorgeous items and I've always found their customer service really helpful. This brand is one of my all-time favourites.
