Absolutely love my new dress and boots!

After having had a very bumpy dealing with the previous owners of Mahli the label. I reached out to the new owners and they have resolved my issue and rectified the problem in under 24hours. They have been incredible to deal with and I am really looking forward to the new incarnation of Mahli the label

If only I could give more stars! My dress took a little longer than normal, however I knew that when I bought the dress because each garment is carefully made to order to avoid waste which I’m SO supportive of. Fashion textiles is one of the biggest contributors to landfill so we need more labels like Mahli Label to jump on board and help guide the way forward in ethical fashion. When speaking to customer service about the order, Bec went above and beyond to give me updates and was so responsive, kind and helpful. Really appreciate her efforts for me it made me feel appreciated also. Not to mention my dress is a dream and so worth the little wait, I’ve already ordered another one and so excited to receive it! Happy to support labels that take care in their workers, customers and the environment. Thank you Mahli label for your beautiful clothing and great personable communication. Xxx
