Fast shipping.

Delivery came much faster than expected.

Chris was extremely helpful getting the parts that I needed and even helped me through the wiring. Thank you.

The name of the product is the opposite of the description. there kits are not complete and has very poor mounting instructions. They really need to describe the product much better. Very confusing and misleading.

Fast shipping, quality product and solid technical support. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

I ordered a pair of electric strikes for wood frame doors; the product was listed as having "faceplate for aluminum, wood and hollow metal frames". On receiving the hardware and reading documentation, the manufacturer specifies "Not recommended for wood applications."

Customer Service was helpful and efficient.

I found the exact item I needed
