maglocks.comReviews of maglocks.com

Product is sturdy and well-made, but instructions are lacking. Had to fabricate my own mounting point since the door frame wasn't large enough for the magnet, but that was relatively straightforward. There are several pieces of mounting hardware and different types of screws, but the instructions don't specify which screws go where. I'm guessing the screws were just extra since you don't need near that many based on the template, and that you can choose whichever type of screw works for you, but it would be nice to know for sure in the instructions. Wiring instructions were much more clear and straightforward. Product works well and am happy with purchase.

Great product and Good Service.

So knowledgeable and best service.

Good cust service.? Resolved prob..

Great product. Website needs more detailed information for product. Had to call support for answers to questions that would have been easily covered with more product information and installation information.

Gods device needs better instructions

Purchased a 4 door system, all of the hardware worked great! The software could use some updating/upgrading. Customer service was also a little lacking. When I was researching the product it didn't seem like they wanted to talk to me unless I had made a purchase. I will be purchasing another two 4 door systems for our other locations shortly!

The purchase process was very easy. We had an issue during installation that could not be resolved so we have one feature in the door lock system we cannot use. Other than that we are very happy with the product.
