Great customer service and after-sale technical support! It was my first time installing a computerized door access system so I needed a lot of advice and support. Maglocks.com staff members Ron and Chris made the whole process seamless. I am so proud of myself for being able to install a sophisticated door access system by myself!

Finding what I need on the website was easy and support was very helpful in answering my questions about the products I planned on purchasing. I needed the items by a certain date and it was delivered on time based on the shipping option that I chose. The installation went well thanks to the wiring chart that was included, everything works great and my client is happy.
