maglocks.comReviews of maglocks.com

Once I figured how to install it, the product was wonderful. No complaint what so ever with product. The installations information was pitiful. Actually very little information was provided. Just info with each individual component and one very bad installation schematic. Maybe a 2 rating is a little harsh but I wanted to get someones attention. Great Product!!!!! Sorry Installation instructions.

I ordered a pair of electric strikes for wood frame doors; the product was listed as having "faceplate for aluminum, wood and hollow metal frames". On receiving the hardware and reading documentation, the manufacturer specifies "Not recommended for wood applications."

Order take too long to be filled

Ordered the Maglock on 07/11/22. Have not received confirmation of shipping, present disposition or expected arrival date. Communication is failing.

I purchased the full solution from you and based on your recommendation. I was told that it was easy to install and that we we have all the support we need. To date, the system is installed but not working. I have spent over $1500.00 between labor and the product, and it is non functional. I big challenge is that the template for installing the lock and strike plate was not accurate. Therefore, while these two items do touch, the alignment is off by roughly 1" (up and down).

Shipping extremely slow. Don’t bother emailing with a question because you won’t get a reply.

hardware lacks documentation. Hardware is of a poor design

Pretty unhappy that my shipping cost was so high! It could have simply been mailed!? I feel like because I bought your system years ago I have to buy the cards from maglocks. So in turn I basically pay .75 per card to ship plus $1.00 per card in brokerage fees. If it's mailed probably could have avoided these useless fees. It is what it is but needed to express my displeasure. Curt
