Exceptional customer service! I had some complicated issues with Brazilian customs regarding my order. The support agent, Aly, was incredibly professional and understanding throughout the process. Even though the company was not at fault at all, and it is likely they won't even receive the product back (as local authorities often destroy or auction refused parcels instead of returning them to origin), they still issued a full refund. This level of integrity and respect for the customer is very rare to find. I highly recommend Magic John for their reliability!

Somewhat disappointed with the product however I must say it has done its job as I still have a clean new phone screen. 4 protectors in 1 month tho, diabolical to me but Aly in the CS Dept was amazing to work with and that’s why I’m giving a 4 Star. Hoping I have better luck with the new replacements (they’ve provided 2 now) Hope I can stay a Magic John customer for sure

Amazing experience. High quality products and excellent customer service. I really enjoy Gen 3 screen protectors which are durable and less slippery than Gen 2. Phone case is very pleasant on touch and very practical due to magnetic ring. Changing cable is very strong and fast charging. When I lost an adapter Aly from custom service provide me a with the best support. I am more than happy with magic John products and service. Thank you!

I made a large order and have bought several items for myself and family members. These are all the magic John products that I’ve purchased so far: - Black phone case for iPhone 16 Pro - Translucent White phone case for iPhone 16 Pro Max - Gen 3 HD Clear protector for 16 Pro - Gen 3 Privacy protector for iPhone 16 Pro - Gen 3 HD Clear protector for iPhone 16 Pro Max - Gen 3 HD Clear protector for iPhone 15 - Gen 2 HD Clear protector for 12 Pro I have applied and tested every item so far, except the Gen 2 protector for iPhone 12/Pro, which I have not gotten around to testing yet. But every other item has been flawlessly applied and absolutely pleasant to use. Hasn’t been too long using them yet, but so far they all look good as the day I first applied them. No cracks, scratches, etc.. and the feel of the protector is SUPER silky smooth due to the coating. Often times I am just using the phone normally and I pause and think, “wow it feels really good to the touch.” I have not been given any incentive to write this review. It is my honest and genuine opinion as a regular customer. Absolutely satisfied and would recommend to anybody. Not sure if I could ever go back to other low quality brands anymore after this. Note: for one item in the order, I accidentally bought the HD Clear protector instead of the privacy one, and even though it was my own mistake, Magic John’s customer service were so kind and accommodating and they sent me the correct one that I wanted, free of charge, without asking for the original one back. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised at the amazing customer service experience. My only feedback here is that I needed one extra Gen 2 HD Clear protector for iPhone 12/Pro. The pack I ordered had 2 pieces, but I needed 3 in total. I emailed the support team to ask if they would be willing to toss in a 3rd piece in my package, because I didn’t want to buy another 2-piece pack due to my overall cart total already being so high due to quantity of items. They were not able to help me with that. If anyone on the team is reading this review and would still be willing to help me out, I would be genuinely appreciative of that! But regardless, I am fully satisfied and would absolutely recommend to others. Thank you!

The screen protector is durable and easy to apply with the applicator. The customer service is very responsive and helpful. I would recommend the screen protector and would even try some other products (like the car phone holder) based on the interaction I've had with the Magic John company.

John is really Magic. I got my Mini Pocket Selfie Stick without one piece; wrote to him and explain I bought it for my vacacions to Norway this month and I got a sustituye - the whole package in about three days. Thanks a Lot.

The support team is very responsive and respectful with whatever claims you bring to their attention. They’re helpful and very understanding as well. The products I have ordered from them have been nothing but great! Very durable and scratch resistant (only for so long) but that’s expected over time with any and all screen protectors. Overall though, truly satisfied with their products and quality. Their privacy screen proctors could use some minor adjustments in the front camera/ sensor area. Have had some trouble with Face ID due to the slightly darker area up top where the camera/ sensor is at. But as I mentioned, really great products and customer support. Thank you guys!

I found this item placed order product came quickly and was easy to install with video in two minutes very good I think it works well.
