I’m very happy with Magic John’s customer service! I accidentally ordered the wrong screen protector, but they quickly offered me a free replacement. Friendly, fast, and helpful support—highly recommended!

All of the products I purchased from Magic John have been high quality, but not as high quality as their customer service. I clicked an instagram ad to buy a screen protector, and accidentally ordered the incorrect one. I noticed about a month into having the screen protector that it didn't have the “spy view” feature. I reached out to customer support; they let me keep the screen protector I ordered and sent me the one I initially wanted at no cost.

I made a mistake and input the wrong IPhone model and therefore the lens cover was incorrect. I wrote to the customer support team who explained it was my error and STILL they will send me a new set meant for my Apple 18 Pro and don’t have to pay anything or return the mistaken order. This is GENEROSITY & CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thanks so much Magic John!!!

Amazing service. I ordered products for wrong phone model and they organized replacements to be sent at no charge. Great service, fast response and very helpful

screen protector broke pretty quickly when i dropped it outside but they sent me a new free one right away thank you

The screen protector I ordered turned out to be too think for my phones fingerprint scanner and they sent a replacement one out for me within a couple of days.

Got my order (selfie stick) it's amazing & good quality. Customer service is also so helpful. My first order It didn't come in the mail, then they send another one. With another tracking details.
