I’m very happy with Magic John’s customer service! I accidentally ordered the wrong screen protector, but they quickly offered me a free replacement. Friendly, fast, and helpful support—highly recommended!

All of the products I purchased from Magic John have been high quality, but not as high quality as their customer service. I clicked an instagram ad to buy a screen protector, and accidentally ordered the incorrect one. I noticed about a month into having the screen protector that it didn't have the “spy view” feature. I reached out to customer support; they let me keep the screen protector I ordered and sent me the one I initially wanted at no cost.

I made a mistake and input the wrong IPhone model and therefore the lens cover was incorrect. I wrote to the customer support team who explained it was my error and STILL they will send me a new set meant for my Apple 18 Pro and don’t have to pay anything or return the mistaken order. This is GENEROSITY & CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thanks so much Magic John!!!

Absolutely unacceptable. I placed my order on September 30th, and it wasn’t even shipped until October 12th. Almost TWO WEEKS just to ship a case and screen protector. I had just bought a brand-new iPhone 18 Pro, and I was specifically waiting for this order so I could protect it. I didn’t want to buy another case or screen protector because I was expecting MY ORDER to actually be shipped in a reasonable amount of time. Instead, I went almost two weeks without proper protection and ended up breaking the screen and damaging my brand-new phone. What the hell is the point of selling phone protection if you take nearly two weeks just to ship it? I ordered these products because I wanted to protect my phone, and because of the ridiculous shipping delay, I ended up with a damaged phone before the products even left your warehouse. Completely unacceptable service. I regret ordering from this company and absolutely will not recommend it to anyone. 1 star is honestly generous.

This year was a disaster. I've been using Magic John for a few years, so I went to purchase my screen protector for the iPhone 18 pro like usual alongside with their case. Upon receiving it, I noticed that the face id sensor was having issues both on unlocking the phone and showing weird lines on my screen (shouldn't happen when paying 20 euros for a screen protector). Other than that, the case started pushing the screen protector (sold by the same company & promoted on each other's page), which caused air bubbles to form on my screen. When I contacted support, they immediately sent me their aerogel applicator with 2 new screen protectors, only for the applicator to be for the 18 pro MAX, which proved to be useless as I couldn't use it. I told them about it and after 3 more emails they decided to send me the correct screen protector, which is what I'm using and still has face id problems. I used to recommend magic john to everyone, but after this year I'm starting to doubt if I'll even purchase from them again. From the case with the screen protector unable to be paired even though they sell them, to the face id having issues. Please choose carefully when purchasing stuff from magic john, as even after 10+ emails they still made mistakes.

screen protector broke pretty quickly when i dropped it outside but they sent me a new free one right away thank you
