Absolutely unacceptable. I placed my order on September 30th, and it wasn’t even shipped until October 12th. Almost TWO WEEKS just to ship a case and screen protector. I had just bought a brand-new iPhone 18 Pro, and I was specifically waiting for this order so I could protect it. I didn’t want to buy another case or screen protector because I was expecting MY ORDER to actually be shipped in a reasonable amount of time. Instead, I went almost two weeks without proper protection and ended up breaking the screen and damaging my brand-new phone. What the hell is the point of selling phone protection if you take nearly two weeks just to ship it? I ordered these products because I wanted to protect my phone, and because of the ridiculous shipping delay, I ended up with a damaged phone before the products even left your warehouse. Completely unacceptable service. I regret ordering from this company and absolutely will not recommend it to anyone. 1 star is honestly generous.

This year was a disaster. I've been using Magic John for a few years, so I went to purchase my screen protector for the iPhone 18 pro like usual alongside with their case. Upon receiving it, I noticed that the face id sensor was having issues both on unlocking the phone and showing weird lines on my screen (shouldn't happen when paying 20 euros for a screen protector). Other than that, the case started pushing the screen protector (sold by the same company & promoted on each other's page), which caused air bubbles to form on my screen. When I contacted support, they immediately sent me their aerogel applicator with 2 new screen protectors, only for the applicator to be for the 18 pro MAX, which proved to be useless as I couldn't use it. I told them about it and after 3 more emails they decided to send me the correct screen protector, which is what I'm using and still has face id problems. I used to recommend magic john to everyone, but after this year I'm starting to doubt if I'll even purchase from them again. From the case with the screen protector unable to be paired even though they sell them, to the face id having issues. Please choose carefully when purchasing stuff from magic john, as even after 10+ emails they still made mistakes.

Le protège écran est très bien sauf qu'il empêche Face ID de fonctionner correctement, je l'ai enlevé, j'en avais trop marre. Donc je ne recommande pas du tout.

I see a lot of advertisements for this brand and products. Wanted to give it a chance since they are shown as impossible to break. My order never arrived. I was told they would send a replacement but the wait is super long and I already got a glass for my phone somewhere else. Bad customer service and resolution, they blame the customer for this.

On my second out of 2 screens I purchased to protect my Samsung s24 ultra and now the second has cracked are they worth the money hell no after seeing the man hitting them with a hammer well so misleading did not drop the phone either I have not contacted them as will probably get fobbed off very disappointed with the product

Rückerstattung ist eine Katastrophe! Ich habe im September ausversehen falsche Folien bestellt, die ich wenn überhaupt 30 Minuten danach wieder storniert habe. Dann gab es eine kurze Korrespondenz per E-Mail, die Bestellung wurde storniert, dachte ich okay, das Geld müsste bei Paypal in den nächsten Tagen rückerstattet werden. Nach paar Tagen kam immer noch keine Rückerstattung, weshalb ich mich nochmal an Magic John gewandt habe. Da hieß es, angeblich wäre mein Paypal Konto eingeschränkt (mit Screenshot von dem angeblichen Vorgang) und sie boten mir stattdessen an, das Geld als Guthaben für die nächste Bestellung meinem Konto zu hinterlegen. Ich wollte das aber nicht, ich wollte mein Geld wieder haben. Irgendwann war mir das zu doof und ich habe den Käuferschutz bei Paypal eingeschaltet. Da konnten sie mir urplötzlich das Geld wieder rückerstatten, aber bis zum vorletzten Tag der von Paypal eingeräumten Frist haben sie sich Zeit gelassen. Nie wieder.

Shipping took forever! It’s a chinese product shipped all the way from china. It probably didn’t cost him a buck for his product! On top of that i had to test out the durability, i tried bending the screen protector and it cracked instantly!

They are very weak and break with almost no effort. SCAM DO NOT BUY. THESE ARE NOT AS ADVERTISED. How can they show someone hitting it with an axe but they shatter in real life with almost no effort. Also finger print reconigition no longer works
