Great customer service even when it was a user error sending another one free of charge!

Emailed them about my screen protector not fitting my phone. They promptly replied, and offered to send me a new one at no cost. Have used there products before, and found them to be excellent. Would highly recommend them.

I accidently order the wrong phone case but I thought it just got sent wrong. Turns out it was my fault. But Aly helped support me through the whole thing. And how they’re sending me a new phone protector free of charge. I can’t wait to try it out once it gets here.

Have been waiting for my screen protector since the 16th August and to date have not received it . I reached out to customer support team and was advised to patiently wait another 6-8 days making the wait close to a month which is just unacceptable. I have now purchase one from Apple to suit suit my phone. Be wary of these big companies that promise you everything and deliver nothing. Extremely disappointed.

I’m really impressed with their products — the quality is excellent and the order was delivered really fast! But what stood out the most was their customer service. I contacted them because I had an issue, and they responded incredibly quickly and did everything they could to help me. They were super helpful, responsive, and genuinely cared about finding a solution. Never seen a better customer service. Highly recommend!

We accidentally ordered the wrong screen protector and the support team was so kind and helpful. I asked if we could send the screen protector back and get a refund. Instead they told us to keep the one we have and they sent us the right one free of charge! That was so shocking. They will always have our business. Great products - exceptional support.

Magic John is a fantastic company to say the least. By mistake I ordered two lens lense covers for the I phone 17 pro max and they promptly delivered them. Our new phones are the 17 Pro and when I contacted them about the mixup what they said was pretty amazing. No problem, we will immediately send you the correct ones at no extra charge or even shipping. Also we don’t have to return the wrong ones. This kind of service is really unheard of today. I’m going to buy their stock if it’s public. Again thanks to the great team at Magic Johns!!!!!✌️😎🇺🇸🙏

Magic John quickly and seamlessly resolved and issue created by myself! I accidentally ordered the wrong item for my iPhone 17.. They replaced and shipped it to me at no cost and told me not to return the wrong item and to keep it.. Great business practice I will order from them again in the future!! Thank You Aly !!
