Product is great, the first package got lost at my apartment complex, which wasn’t magic John’s fault, but they sent me a replacement anyway! Really happy with how they handled it.

Ich hatte mir mehr erwünscht. Habe mir das Tutorial Video angeschaut und mich genau daran gehalten. Als ich die Folie raus gezogen habe und ca. 10-15 sek. Gewartet habe, habe ich das Case wie im Video von unten nach oben hoch gehoben, mit dem Ergebnis, dass die Schutzfolie am Case hängen geblieben ist und somit sich wieder vom Display gelöst hat. Habe sie dann von Hand justiert und natürlich nicht Blasenfrei drauf bekommen. Was mich aber am meisten stört, ist das in der Beschreibung Randlos bzw. Kantenfreundlich steht. Dies ist definitiv nicht der Fall. Ich habe den gleichen Abstand wie bei der vorherigen halb so teureren Folie. In meinem Falle ein Pixel 10 Pro.

First off, the sight that I ordered the Magic John screen protector was confusing. I ended up ordering the protector for the wrong model. But, I contacted customer service and the service was exceptional!!! They contacted me with a quick response and even sent me the right screen protector free of charge!!! The privacy screen on top of the built-in privacy is really top notch. My wife and I will definitely order again whenever we upgrade our phones to a newer model down the line!!!!!

The delivery was very quick for my iPhone 17 pro max camera protector. Not one but two sets of protectors came in the shipment. I had a lense pop out and they quickly sent a replacement straight over. Great customer service here! 5 stars!!

Very very reputable company! I mistakenly ordered the wrong type of screen protector, and they sent me the correct one free of charge. They did not have to do that. They are in it for the happy customer that’s for sure. Next time I need a screen protector, case, phone holder or anything I’m looking up Magic John.
