I’ve purchased from MadRabbit 4 times already. The product is absolutely top notch. Only issue I ever had was with shipping, not even madrabbits fault, and when I contacted them the customer service rep Jenna went above and beyond to help. I will do business with them for a long time.

I am so happy with the Mad Rabbit balm. It’s so smooth and soothing and has a great smell. My husband and I both use it daily and have used both scents. I keep some in my car and my purse as well. I’ve given to friends as gifts and I even gave a tin to our tattoo artist and he loved it as well! Now that’s a good endorsement!

When the tattoo balm arrived it was completely melted because it was over 100 degrees out! I didn't know if it would ruin the product. I emailed them and talked with Stacy, who was very nice and helpful and fast too! They're reshipping the balm. Our balm did return to solid and still works great! Thanks so much you guys are awesome!

The customer service is amazing! I accidentally ordered the wrong scent when I made my purchase. I sent an email to the help desk and Sarah answered in minutes. She canceled my original order for me so I could order the other scent. The whole thing was resolved in less than ten minutes. It couldn't have gone any easier.
