I recently made an order and I entered the wrong shipping address. When I realized my mistake, I emailed Stacy explaining my mistake. She quickly replied with delivery time and day, USPS tracking number and suggestions for finding my products. I checked the mailbox and the products were in the mailbox. I thanked Stacy for her diligence and let her know I located the parcel. I will definitely shop with Mad Rabbit Tattoo again thanks to Stacy’s excellent customer service.
