I received 3 incorrect items (simple mistake, not a big deal really), and Jessica was very helpful and expedient in getting me the correct things I ordered. The customer service was incredible, and I am very happy with all the products I have used from MadRabbit Tattoo.

Rebecca with the support team has been the bomb! Making sure I knew each step of the way from order to delivery. Such a wonderful product from an even more wonderful company.
