I am very impressed with Mad Rabbit Tattoo and the experience I received when ordering from them! I received many updates from Leah about the status of my order and shipping information. My order shipped within a day of ordering! I will be ordering from Mad Rabbit again!!

I haven't received my order yet, but the customer service I have received from Leah has been hands down the best I've ever received from anyone ever! I can't wait to receive my product and use it on my tattoos!!

I had a really fantastic experience with MadRabbit! Not only did my tattoo balm arrive within a day or two, but their service and attention to detail was terrific! Leah and the team were amazing and made sure I was happy and satisfied all the way through. First off getting emails (multiple) letting me know there is someone ( Rebecca) monitoring my order is awesome and is unheard of normally. It shows that they care about there customers and for that alone I would highly recommend there product and buy again. I got the tattoo balm ( three pack verity )and have only used it for a couple of days . I’m noticing on and around my tattoos ,my skin is softer ,smoother and vibrant . I started with the vanilla & cocoanut and the smell is um WOW AMZING sent . I have tattoos that are older then 5yrs , one 2 weeks old and one 2 months old. So I will be able to really see how the balm works on different stages of my tats .

I haven't received the order yet, because of the COVID slow down process, but I am sure that I will love it. The customer service was great!!! Thanks Jenna:) I am sure that I will shop at Mad Rabbit Tattoo again:)
