Mad Rabbit is quite phenomenal on their customer service. Package was lost in transit and they were quick to send me a replacement within just a few hours. Not my first time using their product which is amazing btw. Will deff be ordering again.

The Mad Rabbit Soothing Gel is killer! I've used it after my final two sessions on my sleeve tattoo, and it healed almost twice as fast as the previous sessions! Plus, it's great at reducing the burn and itching. Good stuff!

First time user here… I waited 6 years to get this piece because I wanted it to be perfect. I fight Lupus daily and it’s a constant up and down hill battle. After much thought and working with my artist we came up with the most beautiful Phoenix together. 💕 I’m so in love with this piece!! I’ve been using MadRabbit repair soothing gel since the day I took off the adhesive. This stuff is the BOMB! 💣 🙌 I’ve had no issues with infection or redness. No peeling or itching. I also ordered the vanilla balm and now that it’s been a month since I’ve had it done, I’ve recently used it. Smells delicious and works amazing!! All I’m missing is the sunblock but it was out of stock. She’s all healed up so beautifully and I’ve had so many compliments. 💖 Thank you for making my most precious piece so beautiful and easy to take care of. Highly recommend these products to everyone!! #madrabbittattoo #madrabbit #lupuswarrior #RiseUp #pheonixrising #pheonix #pheonixtattoo

Leah has amazing customer service skills! My address is so complicated sometimes because it can be written out 2 ways so I never know how to send it. She reached out and let me know my order would ship as soon as I provided the correct address. She has a very positive vibe and got the issue handled! Can't wait for my products and I will return for more from this awesome company!
