Great customer service and very helpful with an issue.

Amazing product even more amazing customer service!

Products are awesome! But when your package arrives having exploded in the shipping packaging, that sucks. Contacted CS over a weekend and was promptly helped on the following Monday. Rebecca was very helpful and issued a replacement for the damaged product. The replacement arrived fast and in better packaging with no damages. Thanks Rebecca!

This has been a great experience. I haven't even received the product and I'm loving the communication that I've received since my purchase. Best customer service ever!

We received our order yesterday and are thoroughly impressed with how cooling and brightening it is. We will certainly buy from Mad Rabbit Tattoo again!

Excellent attention

Great company with a great product. I have a half sleeve on my right arm and the balm keeps it looking brand new. Their customer service is also great. Rebecca was prompt to answer any questions I had with shipping. Very kind and polite.

I have tried the MadRabbit balm and Loved it so I wanted to try the MadRabbit lotion. I Love their products and they have the Best customer service. I had an issue with my last order and Jenna was very quick to correct and resolve it in a timely manner that I am very Happy with. I will definitely be buying all their tattoo products for my tattoos from now on.
