Although I haven’t received my order yet, the customer service at this company is wonderful!! I got an email right away, and my order was shipped very quickly. I’m excited to try out this product on my first tattoo!

Made my first purchase. Unfortunately one item damaged but the response was so quick. They kept me updated constantly and my replacement on the way. Even received a discount for my next order which I will be making shortly

I always love their products and they work really well to both heal, protect and make my tattoos look great. One of the products got damaged in the mailing process and I contacted customer support, they were very helpful and offered to either replace it or refund me part of my order. Great company!:)

This is my second time ordering from Mad Rabbit. Their customer service is amazing! I love the soothing gel and healing balm. With summer coming up I decided to order the sunscreen! Love these products. :)
