Friendly & responsive! You don't see this in businesses a lot anymore!

Mad Rabbit is the bomb! Using the body lotion Replenish daily really makes my tattoos look vibrant and fresh. The Mad Rabbit Tattoo Aid gives them a little extra pop that makes them look just like new. I can’t say enough good things about this. I absolutely love it!

I love their products and the customer service is top notch……Leah is awesome and I wish more businesses had people like her to take care of their customers. Five stars all the way around!!!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Mad Rabbit products are absolutely amazing! My tattoos have never looked brighter, and my skin is so moisturized! When my body wash came in, it came damaged from shipping, totally not MR's fault by any means. Leah gave me a couple options to help with the situation and she was very understanding and helpful. I will always buy MR's products!

Amazing product and even better service. Personal attention as soon as order placed. My go to for tattoo care!

Excellent customer service AND follow up! I was pleasantly surprised to get a welcome email and attention to my purchase with someone so eager to help with any issues. Rebecca rocked it! This type of customer service is exactly what adds value to any company. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

I'm giving my customer service experience five stars because when I realized I was quite allergic to something in the tattoo soothing gel and wouldn't be able to use it, Rebecca didn't hesitate at all to help and offer a full refund immediately. I would certainly recommend those with tattoos give Mad Rabbit a try because even if it doesn't work out for you, you will be taken care of by customer service in sorting it out!

What got me was the customer service! I would recommend to others.
