I ordered the lotion and it came in a shipping bag which caused the product to get damaged. I reached out and it was replaced right away. I appreciated the quick response and great customer service! I will definitely be ordering again.

I would like to thank Mad Rabbit, specifically Rebecca for helping me with a challenging order situation. My order was damaged in the shipping process and without hesitation, Rebecca sent out a new order to replace the damaged item. This was no fault of Mad Rabbit but they took care of me none the less. It seems as though customer satisfaction is become less and less important to organizations but this is not the case with Mad Rabbit. They value each customer and it shows. Thank you Rebecca! The customer service has been fantastic (Rebecca) and the product ships rather quickly. The prices are affordable too! I can’t wait to get my product and start seeing results!

I got into the tattoo game a bit late, waiting until I had something really meaningful I wanted for a lifetime. Naturally I want it to be stunning for as long as possible, so I'm always looking for a fantastic product. I'll save you the hunt - Mad Rabbit Tattoo products are the best there is. The balm smells amazing (I got the cucumber) and it gives my tattoo an unbelievable boost. I am now ready for my next work of art, armed with Mad Rabbit Soothing Gel and Balm. The only thing more amazing than the products is the exceptional customer care. I am a customer for life!

Absolute fantastic products! Love the scent profile and I love the soothing gel. Used it after a new tattoo and it worked better than anything I've used before. And the tattoo balm brought a lot of life back to my 20 year old tattoo and keeps my other tattoos looking amazing. Definitely recommend this product and company. They offer fantastic customer service.
