I started using MadRabbit in 2021 I got the soothing gel and balm. I absolutely love the soothing gel I used that right after I got my half sleeve started along with the balm after the peeling started I will forever use MadRabbit. I wish I could work remotely for them as a customer service representative with their wholesale clients!

Excellent product! The Balm works very well with the first use! Easy to apply! A little goes a long way! Doesn’t leave a greasy mess and remains visible for several hours while it absorbs! Will certainly buy more and even recommend Mad Rabbit to my tattoo Artist!

Excellent shopping experience and customer support service. I'm a return purchaser and the use of the shop pay profile makes it seamless. Customer support is pretty quick to respond, friendly, and professional. I haven't had any shipping/products problems yet but I don't doubt that they'd handle it quickly and make it right. The site is super simple to navigate and track your orders.

I placed an order just as I was getting ready to move, hoping it would make it before my change of address date but, of course it arrived the day of the change. So, it went back to mad rabbit. When I called to inquire about the order, Jenna, my customer service representative, quickly found my order had been returned and sent it out again to my new address. Easy peasy, no questions asked, just quick and painless. I haven't received my product yet but, based on their customer service, I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.
