I used Mad Rabbit Tattoo numbing cream for my first ever tattoo and I did not feel a thing. I am the biggest baby ever, I have a super low pain tolerance, yet I got through my first tattoo like I go there weekly. Also my tattoo was not just a simple small one, it covers my entire forearm (all around) and part of my bicep. I wouldn’t have made it through the appointment without the cream. I’ll definitely be recommending it to everyone who wants a tat.

So I recently went and got my whole spine tattoo. I bought the numbing cream hoping it would reduce the pain just a little. To make it a tad more comfortable. Well it was above and beyond. The artist was amazed that I couldn’t feel not a a thing. 9 gauge needle dragging at 12 volts on my spine he said this should hurt. And I didn’t feel nothing at all just felt like a finger gliding across my back.

Have used several of the products and all are great!! The balm and lotion are fantastic tattoos pop !! Customer service is really good highly recommend using the products

I've been using Mad Rabbit's soothing gel on a new tattoo and it's been good. The product really helps with the itchiness and irritation of a healing tattoo. Also, the customer service team at Mad Rabbit is wonderful. I had an issue with an order and had to cancel and do a re-order, and they helped me navigate all that. Sarah at customer service was hands down awesome with her responsiveness and helping me to get the products I needed. Thanks, Mad Rabbit, for your great products and fabulous customer support team. Both products the gel and the lotion are amazing and have really helped sooth my skin. I'm almost through the healing process! Thank you so much for shipping the product as soon as the email request was received insure needed it.

I learned about Mad Rabbit after seeing them on Shark Tank! When it came time to get my next tattoo, I ordered the Soothing Gel and the Tattoo Balm. My items were shipped and received right away. The Soothing Gel was exactly what my skin needed! It protected my new art, but also soothed the soreness in the first few days and the itch after the first week. I love that it absorbs quickly so it doesn't get all over my clothes. The Tattoo Balm is also a great product. I applied it to an existing tattoo that is 10+ years old and it truly brought the color back to life. I highly recommend these products and will continue to use them.

I used to have a subscription for the product, I let it run out and pick up cans as I need. I recently had an experience where I wanted to try the new balm stick and ordered it to arrive at the house. The package looked like it had been open and the product was missing. I took a picture of the label and the bag and sent it in. I got a nice reply back to send order number again. They have apologized (not really there fault) and have shipped new order. Stacy was great. Emailing me 3 or 4 times to insure everything went smooth.

I love your product! My tattoo is refreshed and my skin feels great with it. Definitely a great product as the colder months are starting and dry skin is on its way! (I also used it on a dry spot on my hands before bed and woke up with it much better!)
