I ordered a few items from Mad rabbit. I am very pleased with the quality of their products and highly recommend giving them a try. I could tell that the healing time and process was a bit quicker with their product vs others I have tried before. I had a question about the appearance of one of the products, was unsure about it. Stacy was the customer support team representative that responded to my issue. She responded quickly, professionally, and simply explained what I needed to know. Great products and great customer support!

Was incredibly happy with me mad rabbit experience!! Ordered from them for the first time and everything came us perfectly. I had one issue. I ordered two balm sticks and one came in broken. I reached out to customer service to see if I could exchange for a new one. They responded so quickly and offered to just send a new one! I got it super quick as well. Was so happy from how kind they were and how easy they have made this! Will definitely be ordering from them again :)

Mad Rabbit is the best tattoo care and aftercare products I’ve used and found. The daily lotion gives my tattoos a shine like they are brand new ink. The balm makes my old tattoos really look new and pop out. I really recommend MAD RABBIT it’s no joke it works.

This is an awesome company with an awesome product! Their tattoo balm makes your ink soft and supple and can bring the color back to life! I have no color in my own tattoos so opted to cancel my subscription at this time. I was afraid I would get pressured into trying this or that, pausing for an amount of time, etc but Stacy @ Mad Rabbit helped me out, no questions asked and no condemning remarks! I know where I'm going when I DO get color: right back to Mad Rabbit! Thanks, Stacy, for all your help! Looking forward to doing business with y'all again real soon, hopefully by the end of the year!
