Mad rabbit customer care is outstanding! I’ve never had an experience like this!! I ordered product for my brother but unfortunately ordered with my own address. When I asked if they could re-route, they sent a free order to my brother !! Leah in particular / thank you so much!!

Easy to order off the web-site and after I received a confirmation email, customer service reached out to let me know the order was being fulfilled and again after we received the product to make sure we were happy. The communication from order to delivery is pretty unique. The products themselves are really great! The soothing gel feels so good on new tattoos and takes the guesswork out of what I’m supposed to do to care for a new tattoo. The balm makes my ink just pop!

Mad Rabbit is a product I have recommended to family members and friends who have tattoos. Every time I apply the balm, it not only makes my tattoos more vibrant (I have highly pigmented color tattoos) but it also hydrates my skin, leaving it soft and smooth. I lost love the vanilla scent - not so much the lavender, but that’s not their fault - it smells like high quality lavender. That just isn’t my favorite scent. I’d love to see some other sweet scents be formulated or brought back. Overall, though, this is a really high quality product that delivers.
