I wish I had read trust pilot reviews before I bought my Made In nonstick pan. Just like other reviews, initially the pan was great but after about a year or so of very light use the nonstick coating began to stop working properly, despite having taken great care of the pan. As other reviews have said, after taking this up with the company I was told the non stick pans only last a couple of years! Which is ridiculous given the price point. And there was no mention of this prior to purchase on the website. Made In only have a one year warranty whereas other companies like Green Pan for example have a five year warranty. I was fobbed off by Made In with a 20% discount on a future purchase. Rest assured, there will be no future purchases! This has left me feeling like I’ve been ripped off.

I have kept Made in company and their cookware in high esteem. I believed the company was transparent, honest and always disclosed where they manufactured their products. I was wrong, they are like most other corporations. Products that are made in USA, France and Italy are proudly displayed on their website with the name of the country they were manufactured in while for products that they make in China, the information and therefore the disclosure is not provided. What a shame and disappointment.

It has been 6 months and my complete order still has yet to arrive. After spending over 1k and waiting 6 months. My Dutch oven was just sent. Would highly recommend not buying from them. I wouldn’t go through this headache again. I’ve had to harp them almost weekly since we purchased back in November. It’s now April….

I've replaced nearly my entire kitchen with Made In products over the last 3 years. The quality is un-matched, especially for the price.

I purchased a Made In non stick 12” frying pan from the Made In website in March of 2023. The non stick material began lifting up about 2 weeks ago. I emailed the company and they said I was out of warranty and they offered me 20% off a new pan. Do not purchase Made In products, at least not the non stick pans. This pan was $150! How does the company justify that price point when the product is obviously a huge fail. I am not the only person that’s had this issue with their non stick frying pan, and they use the same worn out trope. They actually told me that all pans lose their coating. Ok, fine that might be true, but they are selling these pans for $150! I could buy nearly 10 nonstick pans from Walmart or Marshall’s and last as long if non longer.

I’ve ordered a bunch of stuff from Made In... mostly stainless steel cookware and some knives. Always been a great experience. The quality is top-notch, everything feels solid and well-made, and it all holds up really well over time. Shipping is always quick, and I haven't been disappointed with anything I’ve received. DEFINITELY recommend if you’re looking for high-quality kitchen gear.

Have ordered 10 times. Customer service and shipping are always great and fast. Products have lasted way longer than any cookware I've ever used before. Beautiful and functional. Highly recommended

I've been using Made In for over 5 years and the quality and performance are unmatched. I have replaced all of my all-clad piece by piece and I love it. From Cookware to Plateware.
