We ordered a dress in November and received an email confirming the order and then nothing. I got this request to rate the service and when I checked on the irder, it had been cancelled with no notice. Nice service.

Service was great. I received the dress which I could not return and I would say 20% of the rhinestones were missing. Disappointed in the dress and had to have a seamstress rework it which cost almost as much as the dress.

I bought a beautiful dress I paid over $500 I didn't realize it was a special order and get refund or exchange it So I'm stuck with the dress. I also paid for 2-day delivery received it in 4 days. Poor customer service.

I had an opportunity to try my dress on in another store prior to the purchase, otherwise, I'd be a little scared to order online. Once I knew what I wanted, the process of buying my dress was easy and quick.

Fast delivery with frequent updates along the way. Have ordered online and by phone twice in last year. Both times arrived earlier than expected and was exactly what I wanted.

I received my shoes a few days prior to receiving my dress EARLY which was a wonderful surprise. I'm in love with my dress and appreciate the amazing customer service. I will definitely purchase again.
