I accidentally came across a photo of a dress online, and I searched the internet for it for it until I found it on Madame Bridal’s website. They only had a few of the dress in stock, and one of them happened to be my size. However, I am eloping so I didn’t have much time to wait on the dress to ship to my house. I emailed Madame Bridal and received a response less than an hour later! They assured me that my dress would arrive on time, so I placed my order. I only chose the free 7-10 day shipping, but my dress arrived much sooner! My dress is absolutely gorgeous, and I’m so thankful I found this website!

My dress is as beautiful as in the pictures online! The material and workmanship put into the dress looks fabulous! Madame Bridal was very helpful We purchased our grandaughters prom dress at the last minute. Madame Bridal helped us choose which dress were available in my granddaughters size and style she wanted. My daughter needed to get a prom dress on short notice; she found a Sherri Hill dress she loved but had difficulty finding one in the size & color she wanted. After searching the internet she finally found it here. The gentleman who took our call was so helpful. He immediately shipped the dress out to us and it made it (all the way to the West coast!) in time for prom. The dress fit perfectly, which was great since there was no time for alterations. The dress was exactly what she wanted, the service was impeccable and we would certainly shop here again! Overall great experience.

Free shoes and veil not as promised. Employees very nice but hard to get a hold of. I called and emailed many times with someone getting back to be over a week later saying they would look into my issue. 2 weeks later nothing from them. They advertise free shoes up to $150 in value and free veil, they said to upload pictures of shoes and veil I prefer they would then select something similar. My dress is Ivory, I received a white veil with comb sewn on backwards and off center, I asked for a shoe with heel no higher than 3 inches I received flats with big plastic pearls and rhinestones, shoes are cheap plastic. Dress is beautiful
