I don't even think that 1 star should be given in my situation. This was the worse experience that I have ever had in purchasing an item from a seller. BUYER BEWARE -these people only allow 5 days to return a product if anything is wrong with it. When they ship the item to the customer, there is no return label in the box or instructions on what to do if a dress needs to be returned. The customer has to email customer service to get instructions on what should be done. In my case, the dress was too small. I called in to ask if I can get a refund or exchange, and I was told to email the returns department. When I emailed the returns department, I was told that I passed the date to return the item. I was then told that I could possibly get store credit and would be contacted in a few days about if I would or would not get a store credit. No one contacted me of course, so I sent another message to RETURNS asking if I could get a store credit. The response was that my order was a special order (which I was never told) and that I may not qualify for store credit. Again, I was told that I would be contacted to verify if I would get the store credit, and of course, no one contacted me regarding if I would get a store credit. Worse experience ever. Anyone who is looking for a nice dress for a special occasion, I totally recommend MACYS or NORDSTROM - THEY ALLOW TO RETURN ITEMS WITHOUT ALL THIS BS. Madame Bridal is taking my money for something I can't even wear.

We had an amazing experience with Madame Bridal. I order my daughter semi dress online from Pennsylvania. The online chat experience was so helpful. Simon was wonderful and had great experience and knowledge about the dress. Plus after ordering the dress it came with in the week. The packaging of the dress was great, all we had to do have hang it up. I wish I can post a pic. I will definitely be use Madame Bridal again!!!

I ordered the gown under my husbands name. I am beyond excited with my gown. It was delivered to my door and I had to sign for it. Normally I would complain about having to sign for a package, but signing for a $700+ package is the only way to go to guarantee that I received it. I even received it sooner than I expected. The dress is perfect. The measurements were exact and the quality is perfect. My free shoes will be here soon. I am ready & I can’t wait for the big day (24th anniversary/wedding vow renewal) to wear my dress. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that is looking for a wedding gown or Quinceanera gown.
