I ordered a Sherri Hill dress that we could not find in our local prom shops. The dress came directly from Sherri Hill and was perfect. Shipping took longer than the 10 days but when I called Madame Bridal the staff was great at getting me updates.

The day that I received my dress, I was happily surprised at how beautifully packaged my dress was!!. ...and if course, my dress was just as beautiful ❤ as the packaging and I LOVED ❤ it! I ordered a dress almost 4 weeks ago and still have not received it. I payed 25 dollars for 10 day shipping and I am now on my 19th business day without my package. I would not have ordered the dress if i knew it would take this long to arrive.

I live in a rural area without easy access to stores in which to shop for a mother-of-the-bride dress. Madame Bridal enabled me to procure a beautiful dress that was in very short supply due to the coronavirus pandemic. They even went the extra step and had the manufacturer send me a picture of the actual dress so I could see the color. With all the restrictions in our country now, I am so relieved that I don't need to stress over finding the right dress. Excellent customer service!
