I was a seller and the process was pretty darn quick and easy. David was great about getting back to me when I had questions and I felt everything went really smooth. Thank you David.

The auction itself was good, but when I arrived to pick up my items I had to find a way to take down my items from a 10ft wall. If I had been informed I’d have to disassemble the items, or that I needed to bring a ladder in order to reach them I would’ve been more prepared. I also saw others there picking up items that they had to disassemble as well. Just letting the auction winners know to bring their own tools in order to remove items would’ve been a big help.

We appreciate your involvement in the Auction. Every auction has a Preview Day that we encourage all bidders to attend for this very reason, you had the opportunity to come and see the equipment in place and plan for any logistical needs. Additionally at the top of every auction it states "Buyer responsible for bringing all tools & labor required for removal. Buyer responsible for capping any Gas, Water or Electrical lines.".

Y’all are fraudsters…increasing bids after auction closes so that reserve high bids pay more than what the auction actually closed at. This is fraud under both state and federal statutes.
