Great auction
It was my first auction and I feel like it was very well done. Any questions I had were answered and then some. I would come back to an auction here for sure.

High fees and unhelpful
Charge higher than other auction house and will not help you load. They will not help you one bit, have to remove and load up yourself. No printed receipts were given, everything was done online and they wanted a picture of your license.

At the top of every auction we let bidders know they are responsible for bringing all labor and tools. A printed copy of the invoice we emailed you the night before was available if you'd ask for it and our Pickup Day documentation is for both the buyers and sellers protection to ensure the right people get the right equipment.

I brought same items
I brought same items , rented a truck to pick the items , I payd 225$ in the truck , plus 65$ for the refill the gas truck , and he’s leaving earlier , when I call him , he told me a leave before 4pm the hours how we talk about , so I just loose money

Unorganized and more difficult than it needed to be
Address of pickup location unclear in listing. No store name. Once on site there were no signs that there was an auction pickup. The check-in process was slack. No receipts were given. There were dangerous conditions. Super wet floors in kitchen and no real organization of where to find your items. I never got e-mail confirmation of sale and I did not find it in spam.
