The auction itself went great. I was able to bid seamlessly and won almost all of the items I wanted. The tricky part was the shipping. I did not know I would have to locate a carrier, which was an education. The local shipper only palletized my items, and I think they are on the way, a week and a half later. I would have liked better coordination and clarity about what to expect regarding getting my items to me.

Auction company was fine but wanted delivery a bit sooner but couldn't get anyone in the Auction company to meet up with the delivery company for over two weeks.

Items were not as pictured at all, quite deceiving actually. Lot numbers were not on items when we arrived. Made for quite a scavenger hunt at times. Did not find auction staff to be very helpful at all, especially when he sat right next to people standing on items we had purchased. Spent most of his time outside smoking.

Very well organized on the front end. A few head-scratchers, though. It took a few minutes to realize that, at closing, if there is another bid, the clock adds two and a half minutes more each time the bid goes up in "live bidding." Also, I read that the auction ended at six p.m. but some of the last items closed as much as 90 minutes later. Additionally, it was not clear that an item X3 (times three) did not mean you got the bundle of three for the price you bid, instead you paid your winning bid for each of the three, which tripled the cost. A big surprise. This should be included in the description for each lot of items. Lastly, at pickup, it would have been very easy to pilfer other people's items or pick through and select the "best of the best" from different lots. Thank you.

Unfortunately I don’t believe the advertising by the company was accurate on one of the items purchased. Noted in the ad was a mixer that was 1 year old. Upon receipt considering wear and tear and further discussion with the manufacturer this was not the case No previews excite in line were available so while I realize we were buying in good faith it didn’t bode well for our attending future auctions set up like this

So it was an easy website to use. The frustrating part was the auctioneer was bidding on things and outbidding people just to raise the price so he made more money. A little dishonest if you ask me.

The site was easy to navigate. Mr Thompson was very professional. I wish there was a better description of the items.

The auction itself was good, but when I arrived to pick up my items I had to find a way to take down my items from a 10ft wall. If I had been informed I’d have to disassemble the items, or that I needed to bring a ladder in order to reach them I would’ve been more prepared. I also saw others there picking up items that they had to disassemble as well. Just letting the auction winners know to bring their own tools in order to remove items would’ve been a big help.
