Spent a thousand dollars on an item that was broken and not in working order. They knew it didn't work and didn't list that in description. I can't trust them anymore to sell quality items. If it doesn't expressly say "tested working" that guarantees that the item is Broken!! Stay away and save yourself and your wallet.

I worked with David for two auctions of my closing business. The first time was great; no issues that didn't get worked out and I enjoyed working with David. I had some more things to auction, so based on the positive first experience, we agreed to work together again. However, the second time, after the auction was over, I was told I'd get a reconciliation of the sales like I did the prior time and get paid promptly. That didn't happen. David made multiple promises to me about sending the info and check, and didn't follow through. After several requests, he finally sent me a check, but no reconciliation. So, I did one myself and figured out that he under paid me by over $1000. I reached out to David and sent him my numbers, and he has completely ghosted me. I've called/texted/emailed him now several times for over a month and he refuses to get back to me. It's never a good sign when someone won't get back to you. I mean, if my numbers are wrong (they aren't), then you at least dialogue with people. If he's tight on cash, you try to work something out. But it is completely wrong under any circumstance to dodge contact and communication. Completely unprofessional. Given all of this, wouldn't recommend working with David/Madalyn.

I recently won dinner plates at auction with this company, and the reason I bid was because they write : SHIPPING AVAILABLE. But, what I got was horrible. They sent a picture of the plates shrink wrapped on a palette and told me to contact a shipper. They charged me an additional $100 for shrink wrapping! I wish I could add a photo!

The auction itself went great. I was able to bid seamlessly and won almost all of the items I wanted. The tricky part was the shipping. I did not know I would have to locate a carrier, which was an education. The local shipper only palletized my items, and I think they are on the way, a week and a half later. I would have liked better coordination and clarity about what to expect regarding getting my items to me.

Auction company was fine but wanted delivery a bit sooner but couldn't get anyone in the Auction company to meet up with the delivery company for over two weeks.
