Shipping was OK despite origination from China tracking was good up-to-date. Surprised at how large it was and how well-made we had a more rigid basket. I believe it’s Nautica and we put that down inside it and it fit the inside perimeter. Perfect our grandkids and kids marvel at how great the lost socks looked in the laundry room again. This is a very well-made product. Highly recommend it.

The mug was not even close to what it looked like in the advertisement that obviously was made to look 3 d with AI. All I got was a very expensive regular mug with a decal on it that looks like a library. Very poor on your behalf. Will never do business with you again.

The concept of a 3D looking picture of a personal bookstore with open doors was great. I don’t think it was made clear that the resulting product would not look like the advertisement.

The gift I ordered was mistakenly sent to an older address of mine. The company made good on the purchase and sent the gift to the correct address.

I purchased a “Blue collar” gift supposedly a homemade from one welder for another. #1) it said it was delivered and wasn’t. When I contacted them it was basically PROVE IT. I did. I began filing under the BBB & Oregon Attorney General. It was delivered 6 weeks later. Its ACRYLIC. ITS CRAP. I was so proud of this damn purchase. When you’re married for 24 years, gifting can be a struggle. Then you add sites like THIS? It’s an embarrassment. Hubby was sweet and said “as long as you don’t look too close it’s really cool. Ya. Great
